Attack of La Niña Teaser
Attack of La Niña Teaser from Shelby Meinzer on Vimeo.
The production quality of ski and snowboarding movies is just getting better and better. I’m a die-hard snowboarded but I get just as pumped watching these kind of ski films and to be able to appreciate the work that goes into them is amazing. Kudos!
Awesome track too! Download it here.
MSP’s latest triumph, “Attack of La Niña”, chronicles the deepest North American winter in recent history. This new film follows in the footsteps of “The Way I See It”, MSP’s 2010 release and the most decorated ski movie of all time. “Attack of La Niña” showcases the talents of today’s best skiers in a journey through the snowiest winter of their lives. This action-packed film — captured using the most state of the art camera equipment available — demonstrates the limit of what is possible in modern freeskiing. Featuring super steep descents, unbelievably deep powder, and giant airs, “Attack of La Niña” will transport you to Colorado, Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, California, and many other world-class destinations.
“Attack of La Niña” features the tremendous skiing brilliance of: Mark Abma, Sean Pettit, Eric Hjorleifson, Rory Bushfield, Henrik Windstedt, Cody Townsend, Jacob Wester, Ingrid Backstrom, Bobby Brown, Gus Kenworthy, Richard Permin, Colby West, James Heim, Callum Pettit, Alex Schlopy, Russ Henshaw, and Torin Yater-Wallace.

Reebok Classics Presents: Common
In 2005, Common released his sixth studio album, and second gold record, Be. In describing the album’s concept shortly after its release, he said, “I named it Be to be who you are, man, and be able to be in the moment and not try too hard. Be is another way of saying just do without trying hard, like I said, natural and be true to the core of who you are; and this album, I wanted to just be and not just go and exist as just an artist, not worried about the past.”
Justice † Audio Video Disco
Justice – Audio, Video, Disco (Preview) by 1077 The End
According to Xavier de Rosnay of Justice, the band wanted to incorporate more “hard rock” elements into their signature electro house style. Most of the tracks will include heavy guitar riffs, and real drums, in order to give their music more “flesh”.
In contradiction to this, Xavier has also said that this would be a lighter album than the previous. With the first album being darker, and this one being “daytime music”, not as aggressive as the first.
I’m itchin’ for their second album, Audio, Video, Disco, to drop October 25, 2011.
Album Tracklist:
- “Horsepower”
- “Civilization (with Ali Love)” 4:11

- “Brianvision”

Not many artists can boast signing their first single with one of the greatest House Music personalities of all-time. Those Usual Suspects were fortunate enough to release their first single “Dakka” on French Superstar Bob Sinclar’s Africanism/Yellow Productions imprint, including a remix by another House-don, ‘Little’ Louie Vega. This allowed the trio, Atridge, Maarcos and Wei-Shen, to join a select group of Musicians in the Bob Sinclar’s ‘Africanism All-Stars’ Team. “Dakka” was instantly supported by the biggest names in dance music including Roger Sanchez, Martin Solveig, Erick Morillo, David Guetta and received airplay on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection.
