Inspire Others
Late last night I received this email from a friend –
Today, a friend who owns a multi-brand streetwear store called me today from Seattle and he told me about what he’s been going through. He spent all of his money on opening a store, had a great concept but no plan. it’s been a little over a year since he opened and he’s giving up. Told me he’s selling all of his existing stock and wanted to know what to do.
I asked him, “How do you want me to help you?”
He said, “I don’t know. I just want some inspiration… some culture.”
I said, ” go to www.tuhinternational.com“
He said, “ok… speak later.”
He just texted me back and said, “Thank you. That site made me excited again.”
After just launching my new site. It’s great to hear feedback like this.

My latest toy! FPG MAGPUL BB Gun Folding gun
My BB Gun from Luke Norris on Vimeo.
Just picked up this awesome FPG MAGPUL BB Gun Folding gun from a store in Causeway Bay called EX.I.T. It’s gas powered and folds up into a small compact case. It seemed fitting to shoot it in a dodgy little chinese joint down the road that reminded me of something you’d find in a village in China.
— Semi-/Fully Automatic Shooting Mode
— Full Metal Slide & 2inch longer Barrel assembly
— 49rd Long Magazine with Magpul Magazine Cover
Rainy days = Productive days
I’ve grown to love rainy days in Hong Kong. I’m more productive in the office, the city gets a wash and it makes the streets lined with neon lights a little brighter.
What goes on tour stays on tour
When you have mates in town. There’s only one place to take them….. Wan Chai!! Everyone has a story about a night out in Wan Chai. It’s driven many a man mad with temptation. The people in this photo have asked for their faces to be blurred due to ‘the misses will kill me’ protocol.

Tuhinternational. office in Australia
Since branching to Hong Kong. You soon realise when space is measured by square foot not square metre. Space is a luxury. Lucky for my business, as long as I have a laptop and WiFi I can pretty much work from anywhere.
Dear readers…
It’s been a long wait, but I’m back on the blog grind. There’s still a few creases to iron out with the function and look of the site, but it feels like it’s got some legs to it now. If you followed my old blog at www.tuhinternational.blogspot.com you’ll start to notice I’m trying to make the new and improved site a little more personal on projects I’m working on and I hope the site can be used as a guide for travel, fashion etc. Feedback is welcome and I look forward to the future of the new tuhinternational.
Enjoy,
Luke Norris
Characters I’m working on with Mac Aspinall from Monocle Magazine
Say hello to three characters I’m currently working on with illustrator Marc Aspinall from Monocle Magazine. We’re still going back and forth on tweaking the look of each character, but it’s been a great test on our communicating skill, with Marc being based in the UK and I in Hong Kong. It’s a cool thought to be able to complete a project without meeting face to face. Only the use of email, facebook and SMS. I can’t say too much yet on what they’ll be used for yet, but I can’t wait to put some colour to these guys are start applying them to some mediums.
